Vicky Cargill - Associate VA

Vicky has extensive experience working as a PA in large and small organisations across a range of industry sectors, both in the UK and overseas. She holds the Private & Executive Secretary's Diploma, Certificate in Personnel Practice and a shorthand speed of 150 wpm.

Vicky has also held a number of marketing roles which have covered a range of marketing disciplines including market research, direct mail, press, online and radio advertising and print management.

Working as a VA, Vicky can draw upon her experience to provide high-quality traditional PA support as well as range of marketing services to support small businesses.

She is a passionate about being both efficient and professional and ensuring that deadlines are always met.

Caroline Taylor

Caroline Taylor - Associate VA

Caroline has over 20 years experience as a Secretary, Administrator and Director's PA in the IT industry. She also worked as a Marketing Assistant, handling the production and distribution of sales and marketing literature throughout Europe .

During her 8 years as a Virtual Assistant, Caroline has worked for financial advisers, management and training consultancies, surveyors and solicitors.

She possesses extensive knowledge of and experience with MS products, as well as copy writing and editing skills with a Diploma in Journalism.

In addition to being a VA, Caroline is an Accredited and practicing well-being Life Coach.

Tina Woollard

Tina Woollard - Associate VA

Tina has worked extensively in PA / Exective Secretarial roles for small to medium sized companies and  blue chip international organisations for 16 years.

In October 2001, Tina created TMWSecretarial Services and started working part time time in the business.

After only 6 months, she progressed to full time self employment and the company is going from strength to strength.

Tina has been recognised in her business with nominiations for Regional Finalist in dti e-commerce awards 2005 and nominated as one of the finalists for the National VA Awards 2007.

Tina's expertise lies in copy and audio typing any type of work - copy typing speed 100+ WPM and audio typing speed 105+ WPM. Specific experience in accountancy accounts, income and expenditure and tax calculation word processing layouts to ACCA standards.

Chantal Livingstone - Associate VA

Chantal is an entrepreneur at heart with extensive experience in the administrative and marketing field. Benefiting from her artistic trait, Chantal holds a vast marketing and graphic design portfolio while her crafty side reflects her quaint personality. Always full of new ideas, Chantal embarks new projects with enthusiasm, commitment and reliability and is always willing to try something new!

As a dedicated business woman, in addition to being a stay at home mom, Chantal is driven to work from her private home office, offering superior executive services and reaching her goals to grow a successful and thriving business.

Hilary McDermott

Hilary McDermott - Associate VA

Hilary brings to the team more than twenty years of administrative and secretarial experience, having worked with a wide cross section of professional business people in a range of industries including manufacturing, construction, publishing, financial, theatrical and IT.

The diverse range of her previous roles has covered everything from answering the telephone and stock taking to invoicing for more than £1m of company revenue and the responsibility of introducing new, more efficient ways of working.

In 1999 she launched her own Virtual Assistant service, offering her many skills in a high quality service to freelancers and small businesses as well as to larger organisations.

She believes that good, open communication is key to providing the best possible service to her clients as is a fast, efficient turnaround, respect for client confidentiality and a keen awareness of deadlines. Hilary is a member of the International Association of Virtual Assistants.

Clare Lock

Clare Lock - Associate VA

Clare Lock has 20 years experience as a Secretary / PA and has worked in a range of industries including manufacturing, accountancy, IT and a Carpet Cleaning Master Franchise.

These diverse industries have given Clare the experience of working for different sizes of companies from a small family run business with less than 10 employees to one of the big 4 Accountancy firms in the City employing thousands of staff.

Clare started her own VA business in 2007 and has just recently made the transition from employed to self employed. Clare believes communication is the key to great client relations and works hard to ensure deadlines are met and clients are more than satisfied with the service they receive from her business.

Lyndsey McKendry

Lyndsey McKendry - Associate VA

Lyndsey has over a decade of administrative and secretarial experience working within both public and private sectors.

She started her own VA practice in February 2005 where she now provides support to a number of clients with transcription, call answering, internet research and email management.

She is an honest and dedicated individual with exceptional organisational skills, and is a perfectionist at heart! Her qualifications include an HNC in Business Administration.
