What do CKPA do?
We provide VA services to individuals and businesses. We aim to:

How is work communicated?
Communication of work is via email, telephone, fax and post. Any of these options are available - whatever suits your needs and requirements.
How is work presented to client?
Once a booking with CKPA is confirmed, we discuss presentation style with each client to determine if there are any corporate styles / templates that we must adhere to. We aim to produce all material in a style that the client wants.
What experience do CKPA staff have?
We only employ staff with extensive administrative and secretarial experience in order to provide the personal and professional service our clients expect. All staff are qualified to a high standard which comes through in the work we produce.
What are the opening hours?
CKPA are open from 9.00 - 5.00 Mondays to Fridays. Any work requested outside of these hours will incur additional charges. We aim to return all telephone calls and respond to all emails within 24 hours.
Do your prices include VAT?
CKPA do not charge VAT.
