CKPA Office Solutions Ltd was established in July 2005 to provide individuals and businesses alike with the vital resources of professional office support. All businesses (large and small) have to deal with administration - some people do the work themselves, whilst others outsource some or all of their administration to us!
Who do we work with?
We specialise in helping Business and Life Coaches, Entrepreneurs and home based businesses be more organised - full PA support via a Virtual Assistant.
We work with UK solicitors who require back up, regular or ad hoc support with their administrative needs - via our Legal Secretary service.
We work with busy individuals providing a PA for their personal lives - via Lifestyle Management services.
However, we do work with individuals and businesses not listed above who value the opportunity to gain more time to work on the money making activities for their business.

Emma is the owner of CKPA Office Solutions. She is a serial entrepreneur, author and busy mum.
She has over 10 years administrative and secretarial experience working in the public and private sectors supporting senior managers, directors, chief executives and board members.
Her previous role was as Office Manager / PA to CEO in a public / private sector regeneration company providing support to the Chief Executive, 3 other Directors and Chairman as well as ensuring the office ran smoothly. |
Emma set up CKPA realising her long held dream of running her own business to be able to provide support to a range of people who needed PA and secretarial support but couldn't afford / justify a full time member of staff.
A true entrepreneur, Emma became involved with The Athena Network in June 2007 bringing the women's networking group to the Black Country to help local women take their businesses to the next level.
In April 2008, Emma received recognition as an outstanding Virtual Assistant by receiving the Runner Up prize in the hunt for the VA of the Year 2008 (in business over 18 months category).
